We want to help you get results! Choosing the correct training program is vital to your success. The best way to succeed is to put all your effort into a single focus. Here are the steps:

What result would you like to achieve?

Why are you going to train? To look better, be healthier or compete in a specific sport. Whatever you chose don't let anything distract you.

You will succeed when you dont let any distractions pull you away from your goal. For example, to burn the most fat you need to consume about 2000 calories but to perform well in a sport may require 3000 calories. Each goal requires different approaches.

The right training program

Choose a program that fits you best. It must suit your goal and fit into your schedule. A simpler program that you stick to is better than a complicated one that you quit. To lose fat focus on shorter rest periods between exercises and perform more cardio. Sprinting is one of the best exercises to burn fat.

Learn Proper eating habits.

You can do hours of exercise and still not see any progress. The solution is to learn about the foods you eat and why they make you look the way you do. A person who eats the right foods will see results fast. When choosing your foods look for healthy alternatives. Also remember not all carbohydrates are bad. The processed ones that contain too much sugar and harmful fats are the ones you should avoid.

Work smart and have a target.

Dont look for a perfect training program. It doesnt exist. For the best results focus on what you have in front of you. Don't go from one training program to the next until you have completed it. Have a plan and follow through and watch out for distractions. Give it your best and you will see results.

When one plus one equals four.

Have you heard that 100% perfect decisions result in 100% perfect results but 99% perfect decisions result in 70% results. That's the effect of compounding. Each good choice you make has a multiplication effect on the results of your next choice. A bad choice will result not only in bad results now but a knock on effect of your future choices and results. Don't become fanatical but focus and chose wisely.

NEW YORK (Reuters) - Doonya, which combines high-energy aerobics and conditioning with the hip-swaying, arm-swirling exuberance of Indian folk, pop and classical dance, is a Bollywood-based workout that experts say can be fun and effective.

Named for the Hindi word for world, Doonya is the brainchild of two fitness instructors who tapped their heritage for inspiration. It draws on the infectious song and dance numbers popularized by the prolific Hindi-film industry based in Mumbai, nicknamed Bollywood, where movies usually feature intricate love sagas and plot twists.

Warm Up, Cool Down and Be Flexible - OrthoInfo - AAOS: "An effective fitness program is more than aerobic training and strength building. To really reap the benefits of exercise, you need to add flexibility and balance training to the mix. Stretching can help your body get ready for exercise. It is also an essential part of recovering from aerobic activity. All exercise sessions should end with stretching — and not just for the mental relaxation benefits. Increasing your flexibility improves your ability to move easily and can reduce your risk for injury."

Strengthening Exercises

STRENGTH AND ENDURANCE

Appropriate exercise increases the strength and endurance of skeletal muscles. Increases in muscular strength are associated with increases in muscle mass; increases in muscular endurance are associated with improved blood flow to the working muscles.

These results are achieved by resistance training. Any exercise that causes the muscle to increase its tension, whether or not the muscle actually shortens during contraction, provides an appropriate strength-training stimulus.

Resistance can be applied to a muscle group by attempting to move an immovable object, by working one muscle group against another, by lifting heavy weights, or by using special strength-training machines and devices. There is a wide selection of strength-training equipment that, when used properly, can increase muscular strength and endurance.

It is possible that some of the equipment is more efficient in developing maximal performance, which is important for competitive athletes. But for the average individual, who is training to maintain an acceptable level of muscular fitness, any one device or program is probably about as good as another.
Strength and endurance training is done by performing several “reps” (repetitions) of a given exercise, then moving on to another exercise for a different muscle group. Experts generally recommend that exercisers select a resistance that is approximately 65 percent of the maximum they can lift for that particular exercise. This load should allow the completion of 12 reps of that exercise in 24 to 30 seconds.

Each group of eight to 12 reps is called a set, and two or three sets of a given exercise are recommended for each training session. The average individual should perform strength and endurance training two to three days per week. Super circuit weight training refers to a program in which running or other aerobic exercises are performed between sets; this training produces aerobic as well as strength benefits.
